YOUTH ADVOCACY IN AFRICA, THE SOLUTION !

MY STORY

 Hello there,

Grew up in rural Africa, a nice place I should say. You don't have to travel to experience serene nature or life it comes to you or rather its everywhere from the white bark flowery Acacia and baobab trees.

Well, I grew up seeing Giraffes, elephants, monkeys, and plenty of other wildlife and scenery. I should probably say Africa holds everything surreal the scenery and the wilderness.

What did sit right was the struggles of the marginalized and poor boy and girl child who could be so much more.

Well, this was the start of my advocacy journey for the marginalized.

. Growing up in rural areas we often lack information, motivation, or the skills to voice our challenges. We are not often involved in policy-making or political participation. So how we change that?

How do we fight challenges facing the achievement of the child's rights agenda and the ability of youths to be their spokesperson which are poor lobbying and advocacy skills, lack of political space for participation, shortage of financial and human resources, lack of platform for the exchange of best practices, fragmentation and lack of coordination?

How do we empower young girls  motivate, and push them to relentlessly pursue their desires and goals, and be able to voice out their opinions and advocate for women's empowerment and equality?

Well walk with me in this journey you allowed to critic and voice  your opinions readers. Thankyou!
